What data we process and why

• Browsing. The site consists of static pages and does not use cookies or analytics or profiling tools. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical connection data (such as the IP address) to deliver the service and keep it secure.
• Email enquiries. If you write to us, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of your message) to reply to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in replying.

Retention and disclosure

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties; it is accessible to technical service providers (hosting, email) acting as data processors.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@wecognify.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
